Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ranieri And Valantina. We take great pride in the quality of our clothing, but if your fit isn't quite right, here is how we can help.

1. Return Window

Standard-priced items must be returned within 28 days of your delivery date.

2. Sale Items (Non-Refundable)

Please Note: All items purchased on "Sale," during a clearance event(s) or seasonal sale(s), or using a "Final Sale" discount code are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. By purchasing a sale item, you agree to these terms.

3. Condition of Clothing

To be eligible for a return, garments must meet the following criteria:

  • Tags Attached: All original brand tags and swing tags must remain attached.

  • Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be in their original, unlaundered condition.

  • No Markings: Items must be free from makeup, deodorant stains, perfume scents, or pet hair.

  • Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, or earrings cannot be returned.

4. How to Start Your Return

  1. Your Order Number

  2. The Item(s) you wish to return

  3. The Reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, faulty)

5. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return.

  • Tracking: We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

  • Processing Fee: You may get a 10% fee restocking charge which will be deducted from your refund.

6. Faulty Items

If you receive a garment that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the fault. We will provide a pre-paid return label and offer a full refund or replacement.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3–5 business days), we will process your refund to your original payment method.

  • Please note: It may take an additional 5–10 business days for your bank to post the transaction to your account.
